Thank you for the kind words regarding the Bas Bleu book Club. Our group thoroughly enjoyed “Growing Up in Mama’s Club” and were honored that you, the author, were with us for our discussion. Several members commented, “Wouldn’t it be thrilling if the author of each book we read were at all of our meetings?” (I think you spoiled them!)
The hostess for the monthly meeting prepares a profile of the author so that we can learn more about him/her. Having you in attendance was the best way to learn about you! Each member brings questions for discussion even if there is a study guide at the back of the book, and I am thrilled that you are in the process of writing a study guide for “….Mama’s Club”. You’ll have to email it to me from Tucson or let me know when it’s on your website.
I wish we could visit with you and Helen again this year in Tucson. With Texas and California on our agenda we’ll have to keep in touch via email and phone calls. Have a safe drive – see you in the spring.
